  • The CardioWall is a light reaction wall that is basically an exercise game. It is ideal for all ages and abilities and can be done seated or standing. The games are easy to learn and each time you play, you are aiming to beat your highest score. It can be played solo or with a partner if you like. The games are about accuracy, speed, and balance and the benefits are many, including improvement in balance, hand-eye coordination, reactions, peripheral vision, strength, flexibility, and mental alertness, all of which can help participants live more active and independent lives.

Pool & Hot Tub

  • Our 30' x 60' pool is kept at a comfortable 86-88 degrees—featuring stairways and a chair lift for those needing extra assistance. Our hot tub is 14’ x 14’ and is kept at a comfortable temperature of 98-102 degrees.

Personalized Fitness

  • BioDensity combats aging, osteoporosis, and osteopenia and can lower A1c levels in Type II diabetics. One 15-minute session per week is more effective than traditional resistance exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels.

  • Worried about memory changes as you age? The MoCA test is a simple, test that can detect mild cognitive impairment and the early onset of dementia
