We are here to help with issues impacting older adults,
including financial, Medicare, medical equipment,
assisted living and other housing, caregiver assistance,
low-cost food provisions, and much more.
As the community’s most extensive resource
for older adults, we’ll explain options to
maintaining independence and
accessing a variety of support.

The Day Center is an adult day services program,
which is specific to those who are aging, but need
help or guidance in their day to day lives.

The specially trained staff provide a safe,
caring environment for our participants and
relief for their caregivers during the day,
enabling individuals to live at home and
remain independent in their communities.

We are dedicated to maintaining
– and often improving – the functional levels
of our participants through social engagement,
structured activities, and health maintenance.

We offer programs and opportunities that support
and encourage caregivers of aging older adults.
Our caregiver support groups are a gathering
of caregivers, family, friends, and other
interested parties who meet to discuss
the many issues related to providing
quality care for a loved one.
