We don't want to brag, but we feel that our wood-shop is state-of-the-art. You will find beginners to skilled professionals working with their hands and minds to make simple repairs or to create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

Segmented Wood Bowl Class
Work one-on-one with an instructor as he walks you through the steps of creating a beautiful maple and cherry segmented wooden bowl. You will be taught how to use a table saw and lathe. You must be a member of Evergreen Commons to take this class. All materials will be provided and no wood shop participation package is needed.

Woodworking level 2
This one-on-one class will help you review the skills necessary to feel comfortable in the wood shop. An instructor will help you design your next project, select the wood you need to build it, and take you through the steps. The instructor will also present other possible projects and give suggestions to help you to be confident with other tools available.
*Prerequisite: Segmented Wood Bowl Class and a member of Evergreen Commons
