Registrations/Cancellations

Registration

Pre-registration and payment in full is required for all programs, classes, and events. Payment with cash, check or credit card is due at the time of registration and may be paid at the Member Guest Services desk. Participants are encouraged to register early as most activities tend to fill quickly, and all classes require a minimum number of students. You may register in person at the Member Guest Services desk or call 616-355-5120.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

Please register for classes and programs with intent. In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your registration, it must be done 5 business days prior to the first day of class to receive a refund. Classes cancelled by The Commons will be rescheduled or payment will be refunded. No refunds shall be given after the start date of a course.
