Registration/Cancellations

 

Registration

Pre-registration and payment in full is required for all programs. Payment with cash, check, or credit card is due at the time of registration. You may register in person at the Member Guest Services desk or call 616-355-5120.

Cancellations/Refunds/Freezes

Cancellation must be done 5 business days prior to the first day of a program to receive a refund. Fitness programs cancelled by Evergreen Commons will be rescheduled or payment will be refunded. No refunds shall be given after the start date of a program.

A member with a monthly fitness package may put their fitness package on a "freeze" status—during which all fitness privileges are suspended until end of freeze release. Your fitness package can be frozen for a minimum of 2 months to a maximum of 6 months. Member/Guest Services must be notified by the 20th of the month prior to the date you wish to place your fitness package in “freeze” status. There is a nominal fee to “freeze” your fitness package.


Guest & Other Fees

The following fee applies for one-day use of the fitness center and pool during open swim/lap and fitness classes:

  • $12.00 for guests/non-members

  • $1.00 towel service fee

Silver & Fit Package

  • For those with the Silver & Fit benefit package included in their health insurance plan

  • Membership at Evergreen Commons

  • Unlimited use of the fitness center and pool (during open swim/lap)
