Adult Day Care This program provides a safe, caring and community-centered day service for adults that are frail or health-impaired. Participants benefit from health care, varied and meaningful programs, and opportunities for socialization. Respite and support services are available for caregivers and family members.

 Transportation is available for both our adult programs.

Prime Time Program Prime Time is a small group program designed to include those older adults who may not initiate social interactions on their own but would enjoy structured activities, outings, and projects. |
