Support the Center

Evergreen Commons is a nonprofit, senior community center serving over 4,000 members a year.

We help adults 50 years or older get the most out of life through a wide range of classes and services, such as fitness and enrichment programs, support and referral services, and adult day and in-home care.

Please join us in our commitment to older adults with your financial support by clicking one of the links below or contacting Abby Reeg or Deb Hekman directly.

Individual Gifts - Donations may be made in the form of cash, check, credit card, merchandise, stocks, real estate, insurance, or items for our Gift Shop. Please consider a gift in any of the following areas.

Annual Fund - Our annual appeal supports all of the programs, services, and operations of Evergreen.

Memorials and Honorariums - This can be a one time gift of any size in recognition of a friend or loved one. It may be in the form of a memorial given after they have passed or, if they are living, in honor of a person(s) or special occasion to show your love and support.

Planned Giving - Create a legacy for your children and the community by helping to "Keep Evergreen Forever". Wills and bequests are just a few of the many vehicles for supporting the future needs of our community's older adults. Learn More Here

Special Fund Drives - When special needs arise, we look for donor support.

Special Events - Our unique events throughout the year offer many giving opportunities. We are always appreciative of individuals or businesses willing to become underwriters, advertisers, and/or guests of any of our annual functions, such as our Auction, Gift Gallery, Tulip Time Events, and others.

Corporate Gifts - Corporate giving is an important part of Evergreen funding. Our corporate partners value the wealth of knowledge and skills that seniors add to our community. We appreciate our corporate partners and welcome innovative ways to promote your business so that we, in turn, can provide quality programs and services to adults 50+. Contact Abby Reeg at 616-355-5113 or areeg@evergreencommons.org to discuss ways your business can get involved.
