Balance Assessments

The Fitness staff will take you through a series of free balance tests designed to determine if you are at an increased risk for falling. These simple tests will also determine your strengths and weaknesses in performing daily activities requiring balance. You will also learn which activities and exercises will help you improve your balance. Call the Fitness desk at 355-5145 to make your appointment.


Blood Pressure Machine

We have a self-service blood pressure machine set up in the hallway near the fitness center. Feel free to use it but don’t try to fit a blood pressure reading into a busy schedule or after a strenuous workout without a cool down period. This is a courtesy service and does not replace consultation with your physician.

Personal Training

You will be guided through your workout program to ensure perfect form for maximum safety and effectiveness. Senior Fitness Assessments

Periodically, the Fitness Staff schedules FREE fitness assessments. Please call or stop by the Fitness Desk to check for the next scheduled date. These assessments take you through a series of functional fitness tests to determine your aerobic endurance, strength and flexibility. This will help you determine the areas you need to concentrate on when exercising and how you compare to the norms for your age. All of those completing the assessment will receive a special coupon toward their first personal training session. Sign up now at the Fitness Desk or call 355-5145.

Want to lose weight? Let us show you how to take it off by creating realistic lifestyle changes and providing you one-on-one coaching, motivation, and support.
