Please utilize these suggestions to eliminate confusion:

• Photos should be sent as an attachment to an email.

• Sender should indicate whether the category of the photo is "assigned" or "open".

• No more than four photos total (could be all one category or a mix of both).

• Photos must be in jpeg format, with a 72 dpi resolution, and sized as close to 1024 X 768 pixels as possible.

• Photos must be received no later than the Friday before the appropriate Monday night meeting.
